Dream Travelio offers stays, adventure activities, vehicle rentals and packages in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. Some services may be delivered by partner properties or operators on our behalf.

• You must give accurate information when you book or enquire.
• You must be 18 or over to book online. If you travel with children, a parent or guardian should make the booking.
• Do not misuse the website or try to interfere with it.

• You do not need an account to enquire or book.
• If you log in, we email a one-time code to your address. Keep your email account secure, because anyone with access to it can log in as you.
• We may close an account that is misused.

At present, the website is primarily an enquiry service. You send your dates and details and our concierge confirms availability and the final price before you make arrangements. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Your arrangements are confirmed only when our concierge explicitly confirms them to you. Availability is not guaranteed until that confirmation.

• All prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
• Prices shown as 'from' are starting prices. The final price depends on dates, room or vehicle, and number of guests.
• Taxes, if any, are confirmed by our concierge.
• Any price, deposit and payment arrangements will be confirmed by our concierge before you commit.
• Do not treat an enquiry or an indicative price as a confirmed booking.

Cancellations and refunds are decided case by case by our concierge. See the Cancellation Policy. Please message us as early as you can.

• Check-in and check-out times and house rules are confirmed for each property.
• The property may ask for ID proof from all guests, as required by law.
• You are responsible for loss or damage to the property caused by you or your group.

Rafting, bungee jumping, cliff diving, trekking and similar activities carry real risk, even when guided by certified experts and run with safety equipment. By booking, you confirm that you understand this.

• Each activity has its own requirements, which can include age, weight and health conditions. We tell you the requirements before you book.
• You must tell us about any health condition that could affect your safety, and must meet the requirements on the day.
• Follow the instructions of the guides at all times.
• The operator may refuse or stop your participation if requirements are not met or if conditions are unsafe.
• Weather and river conditions can cause an activity to be delayed, changed or cancelled for safety. We will tell you your options.

• You need a valid driving licence and ID proof. Our concierge confirms the exact list when you book.
• Any security deposit, fuel arrangement and charges for damage or late return are confirmed with you before you rent.
• Follow traffic laws, wear a helmet, and ride and drive safely. You are responsible for fines and for damage caused during your rental.

We take reasonable care to provide services as described. We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as bad weather, landslides, road closures, river conditions, strikes or government orders. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
