• Booking details: your name, mobile number and email address, any special requests you write, and what you booked (product, dates, number of guests, amount).
• Enquiries: the details you send through our contact form, or in a WhatsApp message to our concierge number.
• Payment information: if payment is arranged after an enquiry, the payment method and any information processed depend on the agreed arrangement. Do not send full card or banking credentials through enquiry messages.
• Account: if you log in, your email address, your name if you add it, and the stays, activities and rentals you save. Logging in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password.
• Guest ID: a property may ask for ID proof at check-in, as required by law and by the property. We collect it only where it is needed for your stay.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic device and browser information to deliver and protect the site.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website at the moment. We use an essential cookie when you log in to keep you logged in for up to 30 days. Staff admin sessions use a separate essential cookie that expires after up to 8 hours. You can log out at any time to remove the relevant session cookie. If online payment is introduced later, any payment provider may use its own cookies or storage. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.

• To respond to enquiries and, where applicable, manage arrangements and payment.
• To contact you about your booking or reply to your enquiry, and to email you login codes and booking confirmations.
• To run your account if you log in: showing your bookings and your saved items.
• To arrange your stay, activity or rental, including checking requirements such as age, weight or health for adventure activities.
• To keep records for accounting, tax and other legal requirements.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
• To improve our service.

We use your information with your consent, which you give when you submit a booking or enquiry, or where the law allows or requires us to use it.

• Payment providers, if a payment is arranged and their services are used.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores our booking records.
• Resend, which delivers our emails (login codes and booking confirmations).
• WhatsApp, if you message us there.
• The property or activity operator who delivers your booking, only the details they need to do so.
• Government or law enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your booking records are stored with Cloudflare. Our service providers may process information in India or in other countries. We choose providers that protect information with reasonable safeguards.

We keep booking and payment records for up to 7 years, to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them. We keep enquiry messages for up to 12 months. Guest ID details are kept only for as long as the law or the property requires.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you,
• correct information that is wrong or out of date,
• delete your information, except where we must keep it by law,
• stop using your information where you have given consent and now withdraw it.

We use reasonable safeguards: connections to this website are encrypted, our admin area is password protected, and payment details are handled according to the payment arrangement confirmed by our concierge. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Online booking is for adults aged 18 or over. If you are travelling with children, the booking should be made by a parent or guardian.
